Pre-project survey
Our experts will help optimize and describe the automated business process based on interview results, as well as identify goals and objectives to be achieved through the implementation of the software product.

Designing the future solution
The goal of the design is to understand and describe user and functional requirements. Ensure that all requirements obtained align with the overall goal of developing the IT product. If there is no ready solution and a new software product needs to be developed from scratch, we suggest starting with testing the theory on a functional prototype.

Prototyping
A functional prototype is an interactive model of a software product that shows its future structure, layout of key interface elements, page interactions. Developing a prototype usually takes no more than a week. The client can get an idea of what the result will look like almost at the beginning of the project.

Documentation preparation
The set of documents, description details, and format are discussed individually with each client and depend on the project’s scale. We have experience working on large projects for state-owned companies, so we can develop a full set of documents according to standards, as well as with small organizations that need to establish basic requirements and web forms in an easy-to-understand format.

Development, testing, implementation
Then the main process begins. For large projects, development can be divided into queues (iterations). The goal is to quickly provide real users with a working product with the minimum necessary functionality to start providing benefits. During the following iterations, the product will be refined, growing with all other planned features.

Warranty support
After launching the product, we provide a warranty support from 6 months to 1 year for the implemented functionality. If a failure occurs during operation or an error is detected, we will promptly restore the product’s functionality.

Technical support
Additionally, technical user support can be provided. It includes consultations, training for new users, regular maintenance and system monitoring, updating documentation, and more.
